The newest versions of Mask AI, DeNoise AI, Gigapixel AI, and Sharpen AI all support Big Sur with Intel processors. We are working on the next steps for those programs. If you have updated to macOS 10.16/11 Big Sur, please note that Adjust AI, Jpeg to RAW AI, and Studio 2 have not yet been updated to facilitate Big Sur yet. I have not tried "Topaz", but if you already upgraded to Big Sur, some of the applications are not yet ready. Some application may need to be called by scrolling down to "Other" in the "Edit with" menu. You can call any external editor from the menu item "Image > Edit with > Other", if your version of Photos already has this menu item.
